"Foreign Experts Library" Set up at NCUST
Recently, Hebei Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs held an assembly to present the first batch of "Foreign Experts Library" licenses and launch book donation activities. Our university and 10 other institution have become the first batch to set up "Foreign Experts Library" in Hebei Province.
"Foreign Experts Library" is guided by Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Talents Research Center, Ministry of Science and Technology initiated this project to help bringing in foreign experts, with an aim to providing a convenient reading environment and free reading service for foreign experts, foreign friends and overseas students in China and promoting soft environment for foreign experts in Hebei.
Our university will make fully use of the "Foreign Experts Library" to provide good service and management for foreign experts, enhance their sense of belonging and happiness, and further stimulate their motivation and initiative to tell Hebei stories and spread the voice of Hebei.
