1. Grade I ( Single room ): RMB 5000 Yuan/semeter, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner, telephone, refrigerator. TV, computer (access to the internet) and washing machine are for mutual use.
2. Grade II ( two students share one room ): RMB 2500 Yuan/semeter for each student, with washing room, shower, air-conditioner. Refrigerator, TV, telephone, computer (access to the internet) and washing machine are for mutual use. 
3. Living cost is about RMB 500 Yuan/Month.
